Thread: TCF Game will be General Admission

The Vikings have announced, as per KFAN, that the TCF game will be general admission for Mall of America Field game ticket holders.

100 level Mall of America Field tickets will be general admission to lower level. 200 level tickets will be general admission to upper level.

There will be no alcohol served or allowed into the game.

Warning you now, I will cut all of you for a seat.

This is going to be a nightmare. Basically you will need to stay in your seat until game time or have someone saving it if you need to go to the bathroom, get food, not die, etc.

Won't that eat into concessions revenue? If someone is on the fifty, what's to keep people from grabbing the seats when that person goes to take a pee or grab a hotdog and Pepsi?

I'm hoping people will make a mad dash for the 50-yard line, and since I prefer end zone seats those will be less chaotic initially.

That would be cool. I do not have my tickets in hand, so I do not know where I was supposed to be.

This is just great, I can finally make it to a game this season, and the dome caved in.

This is an important note:

Unused Season Tickets for Mall of America Field at the Metrodome
Season Ticket Owners that do not use their tickets will receive full credit on their account if the ticket goes unused AND is mailed to the Vikings Ticket Office (425 Chicago Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55415) POST-MARKED by Saturday, December 18.

So if you aren't planning on attending, you need to mail your tickets back by Saturday.

wait, so if you show up and get turned away, that means no refund?

The way it sound, if you got your tickets from a broker, and they go unused, you are out of luck for the cash.
