t jacksons number

I remember awhile ago I had read that Tarvaris Jackson had picked number 2 as his new jersey number for the Vikings (I think it was in the same article that had revealed Greenway's number). Anyways, as I was surfing the Vikings website, it said that Jackson was number 7. Does he have an official number or what?

he changed it a while back, bought #7

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. I saw the Rookie Introduction thing on NFL Network tonight and they had TJ on with his #2 jersey. He only had one line (Something like: "These arms, this ball, a touchdown everytime") but it was a good chance to see the new unis on TV

At this point I just hope that it isn't the number of turnovers! It will take him at least 2 full years to get ready to step onto the field as the Viking's starting QB.
