T-Jack, Can He Be The Franchise Player Along With Peterson
He has the ability, albeit limited which can be built upon as he is relatively young.
Seems to be a confidence thing it seems.
If Childress gets into his head he could be the next big thing.
Discuss......
Who Would Have Thought It?

Re: T-Jack, Can He Be The Franchise Player Along With Peterson
Welcome to the site my newest purple friend.
Post well and often.
As to your question......
He appears to have alot of talent, however, his recent rash of injuries concern me.
Short story, long...... NO, he isn't a franchise QB.
He, however, could be a very good backup after he matures a bit. Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.

Re: T-Jack, Can He Be The Franchise Player Along With Peterson
I never see tjack becoming a franchise type of guy, who can lead a team. Peterson can definitely be a franchise player to build a team around, if he can stay out of these nagging injuries.
IT'S ALL GOOD IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD!!!

I think if Chilly was our OC and could spend time with him it may have turned out different for TJ. Unfortunatley, while Chilly may have been
a decent OC in Philly, he's out of his league as HC here and I don't think Bevell has the same passion as Chilly for TJ. He may make it in the league I'm just not sure it will happen here.

Suick,
Did TJ play in the Philly game?
I thought Holcomb played that game.Four score and seven years ago, Brad Childress has brought upon this team, a west coast offense, conceived in San Francisco, and Dedicated to be a Kick jiggly butt offence. We are now engaged in an NFL season, testing weather that offense can get going or that our defense can long endure.

Re: T-Jack, Can He Be The Franchise Player Along With Peterson
No offense, but I think it's the wrong question, at least for right now. If Tony Romo had played in his first two years in the NFL, people would have said he'd never be a franchise player. He needed those years to get older, watch a lot of tape, and mature into the QB he has become today.
That doesn't mean Tarvaris will be a franchise player. It will take years to find out.
Remember when we dumped Rich Gannon? We all said he was inaccurate and wouldn't amount to anything. If only we had kept him. He eventually matured to become the NFL MVP.
Keep Tarvaris and Brooks. This off-season, get a free agent veteran QB who has some legs (maybe Garcia), and draft another rookie quarterback. Keep all four on the roster. Out of the three young guys, at least one will turn out to be really good. If more than one does, we can trade one for value.
P.S. Ironically, we drafted Gannon to replace Wade Wilson, who is Romo's quarterback coach.
Go Vikings!

i'm not sure yet.. i think the jury is still out on TJ...
I mean look at Derek anderson (now in yr 3) and how he played last year 963 QB rating) only to take the league by storm this year... of all the positions, i don't think u can make an accurate assessment of a QB especially a "raw" qb within 1.5 years in the league...
