Hope I did this right.
I think that we all would have liked to see Tarvaris get as much experience behind center, as necessary.
I would have loved to see him get at least 20 more snaps in the preseason.
However, I also believe that It's not a fair evaluation if he and the first team offense are up against a 2nd or 3rd team Defense. But Chili could have left him in for another series in a couple more games this preseason.

Young missed a preseaon game, which is the only reason he was in there so long in the 4th preseason game. Does it make sense to you to have TJ in there behind the 2nd string line, throwing to receivers who are about to be cut, who are getting covered by a 2nd string defense?

I certainly would have liked to see the whole First team in there longer this year. It's one thing if you are the Colts or the Pats where you know what you are going to get when the season starts but this is pretty much a whole new team on offense and they need all of the work they can get going into the season. Once Atlanta kicks off the time for learning has passed and it is time to start producing.

Yes. I noticed in that final Titans game that Vince Young was in there until almost the 4th quarter. In contrast, T-Jack was pulled after one drive in our final game. Makes absolutely no sense at all. Childress should have kept him in.
