Supreme Court?
Well now Clarett is takeing his case to the Supreme Court to try to get in the NFL! Story on NFL.com. This is such a load of bull. I hope they don't do anything about it. He is trying to get them to look at his case before the weekend. I would think they have more important cases than this to deal with. At least I hope so!!! Clarett can kiss my :bootyshake:

why is he bitching about not being able to be in the draft? even without his baggage, he would be a 2nd-3rd rounder at best ... i would've played out my sophomore // junior year and be one of the top 5 players in the nation

but... since his original ruling said that he would be able to enter the draft... I think they should let him back into school because he originally thought that he would be able to enter the draft

I dont remember him taking money (but certainly wouldnt be surprised). However i do recall last year when he filed a "false" police report that he had thousands of dollars worth of stereo equipment, cash, cd's etc. stolen from his car. When asked about it later (many people wondering how he got all of that stuff in the first place), he then said that he had lied about the amounts in the police report. They also found out that the car wasnt even registered to him or something like that. what a loser!"pepper 0n moss" wrote:

Clarett better hope he doesn't get the approval to be in the Draft...for his sake. If he becomes eligible he will be a much lower pick than he expects. And when he gets into the NFL he will learn the hard way that he should have stayed at Ohio State. Either way, he will learn his lesson.
