Hello all, I received this email today concerning the payment I made to PPO:

On Nov. 11, 2009, you sent a payment to [email protected] for $25.00 USD.

The funds have been returned to your account.
This payment was returned for the following reason(s):

[email protected] did not sign up for a PayPal account or did not complete the registration process.

I checked and indeed the funds are back in my paypal account. Could you re-verify the correct paypal address and I’ll resend the funds? Also, you may want to see if any other contributions have been rejected. Thanks!
