    Sullivan takes over OL leadership

    Talking with sullivan, ponder, and Rudolph a few weeks back, I really get a sense of something special gelling here. Sully knows he's key, and I know they are all ecstatic about Kalil. There is something good brewing here, believe me.

    I think that the offensive line is moving in the right direction with youth and — more importantly — TALENT. I think that Sully has turned into a very solid center and it is really good to hear him ready to take on a leadership role with someone like Kalil coming in.

    I think Load has talent to play where he is if he can just work on his footwork ... and CJ will be comfortable again at guard and that is a good thing.
