Green Bay - As a National Football League general manager, Ted Thompson is responsible for making dozens of major decisions every year.

Releasing safety Darren Sharper in March 2005 was not one of his finest moments....

I hope Sharper and all of our secondary has their "A" game Sunday against Farrvey and the pack-errz. We need some turnovers just to help limit Brett's game. He will make some plays, but we need our veteran safties to create some turnovers. You'd better be ready to put your money where your mouth is.

I know Sharper dosn't have the speed he once did, but he is still a ball hawking free safety that will make a QB pay dearly for a carelessly thrown ball. His leadership in our secondary is invaluable and we should not let him get away.

Still waiting to see Sharper get to his form last year but he is still great

I like Sharper.
I am so happy he is a Viking now.
