Good article, I watched that Lion, Water Buffalo, Crocadile clip and thought it really showed the importance of a sticking together as a team. Pro football players of the MTV generation have short attention spans, and aren't going for the Ra-Ra-Ra speeches nad gimmicks, Childress has a fresh approach and it seams the players enjoy it.

Interesting.
He's trying to motivate a very, very wide sampling of player intellect, a daunting task!

I found it very interesting. It's certainly offbeat but it seems to get the message across. I thought the most telling line of the article was where it said that Childress is trying to team the players about life, not just football. Good for him.
