i was hopeful he would at least last until Chilly is fired...they made a great choice.
    Good luck Tomlin!
    Sorry to see you go.

And there you have it! I've been saying all along that we risk losing Tomlin, but the naysayers out there weren't buying it. They preached the Rooney rule,
the fact that he was only a first year defensive coordinator & that Wilf/Childress would not let him go that easy.

While the Rooney rule may have opened the door for him, the fact still remains that he is gone.

    CRAP!

Oh well, chalk one up for the Rooney Rule!

I hear that Denny Green wants to try his hand a D-Co. (thats a joke, ha ha)

Let him try. Just don't let him try it here.

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I was really hoping for some consistency on defense.

Let's hope that Wilf and Co. pick wisely again and we don't get a Childress clone.

What kind of compensation do we get for letting him go?

I'm really surprised that Wilf let him go though, unless he has someone in mind for his replacement.
    Jim Mora possibly?

Why did it have to be the Steelers.

I wish him the best of luck in Pittsburgh.

Man, the whole time I had a bad feeling we'd lose him...... now the real question, who's gonna be our defensive coordinator?
