    MINNEAPOLIS

Whether Michael Vick or Pacman Jones, the NFL's harsher punishment for off-field transgressions have been the talk of the league this summer.....

Thanks Singer, they should be pleased.

These writers continue to perplex me...as follows:
In a recent interview, Childress downplayed the effect of new commissioner Roger Goodell's stricter standards on an organization that has historically been one of the league's biggest offenders regarding off-field shenanigans.

I guess in the age of the internet and McPaper (USA Today, of course), "historically" can mean a couple of years

    Overall, a positive spin though.

Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent

yeah I think its great. I am pretty sure no body wants to go to Zygi's office or Roger Goodell. Trying to clean up the mess made up by Vick,Pacman Jones and a majority of the bengals.

Wow, the Vikings have been trouble free for a whopping 4 months...

It is better, but we need to make it a year.
