Not to mention the traffic was a nightmare. The cramped parking lots and 1 way streets. It was always a headache trying to get out of downtown after a game.

Hopefully if and when there is a stadium built, just if and when. The council will take the cramped parking lots and spaces into consideration. As that plays a huge factor building a new stadium.

Yeah, Arden hills is the only sensible place they have on the table right now and I wish they would tell MPLS they had their shot and to get lost.

Every NFL city has this issue. This is part of going to the game. I never ONCE had a problem getting out of the city in my many times going to games. It's only a problem if you LET it be a problem. Not even an issue and should NEVER be an issue, IMO.

When was this? I believe having the light rail running has decreased the traffic, thousands take the train to the game every week.
Also it depends when the game is and when you arrive. If you get there at 5pm for monday night football there will be traffic as everyone is getting off work.
If you arrive 30 minutes before the game there will be traffic, but most mornings it is not an issue at all.

Getting in is usually easy. It is getting out, especially if you need to hop on Washington to go west on 94, that is ridiculous. I usually factor in about 45 minutes to get out of the ramp and on the interstate home.

Yeah, even then... although it is less. I also know that jumping onto 35 is a lot better, it is just that 94 corridor that sucks.
