There is a release vale at the top of the roof that allows warm are to be released. Also they plan to pump cold air from the upper decks so it will sink to the field. Here are two of the slides showing their plan:

The first one is for winter and the second is for summer. I know they are blurry but it might explain it better.

    That is a good point.

I get a few here each day, and that is just my four season porch.

Will they get 15 yards for leading with the head?

I hope they factored in what happens when they need to cool it on a day like today when it is 100 degrees and there is a 40 MPH wind that raises hell with anything that they open up.

I'd imagine they'll have the whole area around the doors closed off until they open. Otherwise we've got some squished fans. I'd then assume that those doors also can stay closed but just open with smaller entries similar to the current setup at the Dome.
    * During the winter months will they still open the doors that far to allow entry/exit. If not, what will the traffic be like getting in/out?
They don't really specify, but I can't see them only having one entry point. There will probably be gates on all corners of the stadium.

There is more than 1 POE. Plus during the unveiling they mentioned there would be skyways.

This pic shows 2 of them....
