Meh. I could do without a monstrosity like that. I have heard too many mixed reviews about the Cowboys screen to make it worth the $35 million that it cost. I like the idea of large corner screens.
The problem with having them in the corners is your viewing them from the opposite end of the stadium. Hanging them from the ceiling brings them a lot closer to the fans, so you get more bang for the buck.
If it really would only cost 35 million they should get 2.

Not at all. Most businesses LEASE the space they operate out of. Most, especially in a large urban area, do not OWN it. I have seen very, very few business pay nearly half of the construction costs of a new building only to turn 100% of the ownership over to someone else, and then sign a 30 year lease on top of that.
I see fewer development companies build and lease a building to a tenant knowing they will get back only .50 on 1.00
