1) The NFL's trade deadline is today, but it turns out the Vikings could not afford to move faltering quarterback Daunte Culpepper even if they had wanted to because of the enormous salary cap hit they would have to take.
2) Pssst: Gov. Tim Pawlenty met with University of Minnesota President Bob Bruininks as well as top Twins officials Sunday in St. Paul to discuss stadium issues. Insiders say there is still a chance for a special legislative session."From the fury of the Northmen, O Lord, save us!"

I get the most pissed off looks from people with my VKG 4 LFE Wisconsin license plate, and I LOVE IT!!

Shooter gossips more than my wife. Wasn't it just yesterday he was saying that trading Daunte is a possibility? I guess that's why his columns have a part called "Don't Print That". He should follow his own advice.
