Sporting News calls them the “Cream of the Cream”. These are the 25 players they project as the best NFL players regardless of position for 2009........

How has only having an alright or decent runningback fared for Pittsburgh, Indy and NE, compared to having a superstar QB?

Childress placed 11th.

Kevin Williams rated below Ryan Clady is a joke IMO.
Harrison seems to be rated a few too high.
Other than that, not too much to argue with.

Any list that has Urlacher ranked in the elite category is garbage.. it humors me that Allen is ahead of Kevin Williams.. Allen is a fine player but that is nonsense.
