Re: Spach signed
It's training camp fodder. Childress is signing these guys to future contracts trying to find a gem here or there for TC next year. Nothing to worry about..

I agree he's using "Eagle rejects" however just because he didn't make it in Philly doesn't mean he's not an upgrade for the Vikes.Just a thought, why waste signings on all these rejects (too harsh) that can't even make the first team for the Eagles.
Practice Squad?
Why not try to find new gems to sign?
BC? Oh Well!
Eagles are in the 2nd round of the playoffs and the Vikings are at home watching them.
I really don't know much about the guy.
I do know Kleinny and Wiggy don't fit the WCO (as much as I like them as players).
Maybe this guy does.
If Childress saw something in him I have to take his word for it.
I guess we'll see.

Re: Spach signed
Spach will not make the full roster come september. I can guarantee that. It's called training camp fodder... guys that can come in and push the real players to play harder.
That's why we're getting guys signed to future contracts. People overreact so much.

Could be a great special teamer. We have no idea those are stats only coaches care about.

Maybe we should remind ourselves that the 53 man deadline is a long ways away and there is NFLE and a long offseason ahead.
Sign anyone that breathes, who cares.
Wait, J. Carter is a hero for some reason and he wasn't picked up by a single team when he was put on waivers but Mr. Spock is a logical bust?

LMAO! I thought the same exact thing...too bad this signing is completely illogical.I wouldn't mind seeing him succeed.
Would add a whole new dimension to the game.

Re: Spach signed
Is a signing only logical if we know the name and he has shiny stats to accompany?
People (like someone said) wet their pants over Jason Carter, people love it when we pick up and undrafted FA, but the second we sign someone, after the season is over, and don't recognize the name, people get upset."There is good and there is evil. And evil must be punished. Even in the face of Armageddon I will not compromise."

No one knows anything about this guy (or at least I don't) to comment anything positive.
However, like was said earlier, this is a "future" contract.
It really doesn't mean much at this time.
