At this point, I just want to have a few ideas as to what next year will look like. Freeman IS going to lead this team for a significant amount of time this season, so it keeps interest alive for now. I'm not looking for a 10 game winning streak, instead just a idea as to if there is any future for the Vikings in Freeman.Men are moved by two levers only: fear and self interest.

Sooo it's Freeman time
The fact that Frazier got outvoted by Wilf and Spielman to bring Freeman in is foreshadowing on many levels. The fact that Wilf has a fucking vote, well, that's the Owner's prerogative, I guess.
Cassel and Ponder are lifetime backups, it's worth a shot with Freeman. In the unlikely event that he lights it up, our Vikes are staring down a 1-15, 2-14, or 3-13 season IMHO.
