At this point, I just want to have a few ideas as to what next year will look like. Freeman IS going to lead this team for a significant amount of time this season, so it keeps interest alive for now. I'm not looking for a 10 game winning streak, instead just a idea as to if there is any future for the Vikings in Freeman.

    Sooo it's Freeman time

The fact that Frazier got outvoted by Wilf and Spielman to bring Freeman in is foreshadowing on many levels. The fact that Wilf has a fucking vote, well, that's the Owner's prerogative, I guess.

Cassel and Ponder are lifetime backups, it's worth a shot with Freeman. In the unlikely event that he lights it up, our Vikes are staring down a 1-15, 2-14, or 3-13 season IMHO.

That was last night. She sang the matinee this morning and then went home.

It's time to use the last 10 games as the pre-season and see what is left to keep.

Good point we are doomed. Draft a QB time again.

Exactly my thought when Cassel air-balled that 2nd pick yesterday.

Good luck, everyone! Josh Freeman sucks, too!

True, but when he isn't turning the ball over, he's completing 46% of his passes & has 2 TD's in 3 games to boot!

    I'm pumped!

Doesn't the HC usually have some say in who the starting QB will be?

He was outvoted to bring Freeman in. I'm not sure how much voting power he has anymore. Should be interesting.
