Some word on williamson....
Yeah, so, my friend Alex was watching the mini-camp today and gave me a call afterwards.
Apparently Troy absolutely lit Fred Smoot on FIRE for an 80 yard touchdown pass. He said Troy was by Smoot by the time he got out of his backpedal, and the Vikes on the sidelines just ate it up.
Otherwise, though, Troy still bobbled a few passes and dropped a few, so what he can do remains to be seen. But yeah, he said the highlight of the camp was Troy smoking Smoot, after Smoot talking so much crap to the rookie.

I heard that pass was underthrown as well... Did your friend say how far the pass was from Daunte to where Troy caught it? If Daunte can throw it 70-80 yards, Troy could have a lot of fun since he sustains his 40+ yard speed so well.

Beautiful sig picture. I'm still not over the loss to UNC. However the anticipation of the Vikings is gettin me really excited. I think Travis Taylor is gonna be really good also. Hopefully him and Williamson are pleasant surprises.
