wow troy caught a deep ball, and so did lowber!!! yesss they didnt say how many drops it took to grab that one but they got one

At one point, the new-to-football but very speedy Todd Lowber caught a deep pass from Brooks Bollinger and shortly thereafter Troy Williamson beat cornerback Chad Johnson to catch a deep ball from Tarvaris Jackson.

TW did catch a long ball, but he was only going up against a rookie CB.
Still, at least he caught it.

Don't be worried about drops yet.
It is early.
I am more concerned with the fact that Katnik and TJ have been fumbling snaps...

Did I miss something? Is Birk not at the OTA's or what? I'm wondering why Katnik is playing with the first team rather than Birk...wouldn't you think they would want to get Birk and T-jack playing together to get used to eachother??

Birk has more important things going on than the vikings. He is playing golf.

These guy just wanna get a rythm going something unlike last year. Where the passing attack looked more like watching............. a really drunk guy trying to hump a fire hydrant, it looked outrageous and down right odd.

catching ball in practice is an entirely different thing than catching balls in football games. I don't think you can watch practice and have any idea what will happen during the games on sunday.
