Re: Sidney Rice signs!
I look forward to seeing what he can do in camp.
Hopefully he has sticky hands.
He has serious potential to a breakout player his first year given our current WR corps.
Hopefully whoever wins the starting QB job can get the kid the ball.

Re: Sidney Rice signs!
Im just glad we got Rice signed, I really want AP there but I would rather have Rice over him, although if we get both signed on time that would be great.

So you think Rice is going to make more of an offensive impact than Peterson!?Im just glad we got Rice signed, I really want AP there but I would rather have Rice over him, although if we get both signed on time that would be great.
Interesting...
Or do you just mean that it is more beneficial (for player development) to have a young WR in camp than a young RB?

Re: Sidney Rice signs!
From the Pioneer Press blog:
Sidney Rice has joined his teammates at Minnesota State University, and he is sitting in a meeting already.
Rice earlier this evening told the Pioneer Press that he was on the verge of signing his four-year deal.
“I know there’s a lot of stuff, and there’s a lot of stuff I have to catch up on,†Rice said. “I didn’t want to miss time, but things happen. So I’ll have to get in and ask a lot of questions.â€Kentucky Vikes Fan

When you require nothing, you get nothing; when you expect nothing, you will find nothing; when you embrace nothing, all you will have is nothing.

Rice, Wade, and T-Will, now that's a group that just may surprise the NFL. Just got to get AP in camp. I figure early next week.
