That wide receiver Sidney Rice is 10th on the Vikings in receptions would indicate the former second-round draft pick is in a sophomore slump.

Re: Sidney Rice ready to do more
We need Sidney to come up big down the stretch. He can be clutch as a third down guy. Really need to see more production from Allison also.

Re: Sidney Rice ready to do more
He has the height and the hands to be good. Hope Gus figures out how to get him the ball. We need him to get in sync with Gus and he will be an awesome addition to the arsenal. If we can get him going we will be much better. Go Vikings.

I don't think Gus can throw a fade.

If he wouldn't get flagged everytime he goes out for a pass he'd probably be able to produce more.

Interesting point. I know I have said to Zeus a couple times at games that a fade looks wide open but they never do it. Weird.I don't think Gus can throw a fade.

Re: Sidney Rice ready to do more
Sidney probably has the best hands on the team and can deal with the passes thrown behind him a little better than most. That alone is a plus when you have Gus frequently delivering the ball late.
Allison needs to stop running sideways on returns and NEVER fair catch inside the ten yard line, and he'll be alright.“What takes a quarterback to the next level is not arm strength or mobility or any of that stuff. It’s the ability to play on critical downs. Manage third downs, or red zones or four-minute or two-minute situations"

Re: Sidney Rice ready to do more
The only good game plan Chilly has is to simply give Peterson the ball... I'd like to see Chilly come up with an actual game plan that utilizes his talent, and not just a 3-yard catch for a TD.
Disclaimer: I'm an idiot.
