i am sorry but i am so sickof the media and their reports of games, i was unable to watch the viking game so i kept trying to watch highlights and news of their ot win, but all they can talk about is that TO broke his finger, like it is some major headline news, that guy is always getting hurt and a broken finger isnt news at all, this makes me upset and sick of the media..
Would you rather the media be all over the Vikings like last year?
Yeah and I'm sick of baseball and golf...but nothing we can do.
It's all about money. What can we say, who can we report on, how can we manipulate it...........that will result in more money?
They are not going to follow around the Vikings and go on and on about us winning 2 games by a field goal. It just doesn't sell.
It sucks, but they are not in the buisiness of being equal, they are in the buisiness of making money.
When i heard about longwell passsin the ball for the fake field goal, i thought surely that would be highlighted on espn. unfortunately i couldnt watch the game but i was excited to see it on sportcenter, it me forever to finally see any highlight of the vikings, everything was on TO and the bears. oh well no news is better then bad news...

I watched ESPN this morning and they went through the injury list of people who got hurt this last Sunday They listed every one but one and that was the Vikings Why is it that they can not say anything about Minnesota but bad things?
It is not just football but all sports the major media seems to treat the state of Minnesota that way.
I was born raised and live in California so this is not a native Minnesota saying this.
I will say this I have visited several different states now including Minnesota twice (both to watch Vikings games) and I will say that Minnesota had the most polite people I ever ran across.
And before you say it if I could get the job I am doing now for even 2-3 the pay yes I would move to Minnesota.
But I can't so here in Cali I sit.
