Should Tice be fired?

I don't want him to be fired, I couldn't imagine anyone else coaching the team.

They could hire some bald fucker from the east coast that everyone will love and then hate after the first year.
Tough call.
I'm still saying that Tice won't have his contract renewed after the 2005 season and we'll be looking for a new HC.

Tice probably wasn't ready to be a head coach, but he has improved in the last 2 years.
The players and his staff (from being around the Minneapolis area) truly seem to like and want to play for him, but I don't think he is a push over like Burnsie was.
