Yeah, and before him it was Jim Hart.

That same year at Portland St. (1980), they won other games by some amazing scores:

Portland St. 93, Cal-Poly-Pomona 7
Portland St. 78, Cal-Poly-Pomona 0

In 11 games, they outscored their opponents 541-205!!!! That's an average of 49-19...

Old Jim Hart...hadn't thought of him in awhile...along with Terry Metcalf at RB and both Conrad Dobler and Dan Dierdorf on the OL...LOL!!!

hey zilla you should have specified what divison of ncaa football. i just researched it and klinger holds the record for division 1.

As far as I know, Lomax holds the record for ALL DIVISIONS... But you're right, I should have specified, even if I assumed everyone knew I meant it...

I think that most of us knew that if you don't specify a specific division that it could cover all divisions...but enlvikeman ASSumed that it was Division I...looks like he made an A$$ out of...wait a minute, he already is the Resident J***A$$, so no harm, no foul!!! :lol:
