Vikings tight end Visanthe Shiancoe didn't take any time off after the season, hoping to ride the momentum of his breakout 2008 season....

    3% body fat? :-o
    HOLY CRAPOLA!
Is he going to weigh enough to play TE or are we basically going to have a slow receiver?
3% is a load of crap.

That's what on-stage body builders are at, you can't sustain that for more than a few hours healthily. There's no possible way a professional football player could work out every day while being that lean, if anyone thinks Harvin was sick from his busy off-season, Shiancoe would be on his death bed working hard at 3%.

They always exaggerate body fat in the NFL, I remember when Vernon Davis was coming out of college they said the same thing.

My guess, at 6-foot-4, 240-pound, no.
Lets hope our RT doesn't need help from an "Inline" blocking TE cause Sauce doesn't have enough jiggly butt to do it anymore.
I was wondering who your new target would be now that Sharper & Birk are gone.
Hey, I was one of the few who stuck up for Shanc.
In no way am I throwing him under the bus.
Just saying that he isn't much bigger than a FB now.

No way he can block a DE anymore.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

Read his post again Marrdro. He is referring to your diss on Sauce, not Shank.

Vernon Davis and Tony G weigh 250.
"No way" sounds as hyperbolic as 3% body fat. That literally is unhealthy as Mr. A stated.
