Vikings tight end Visanthe Shiancoe didn't take any time off after the season, hoping to ride the momentum of his breakout 2008 season....

HOLY CRAPOLA!
Is he going to weigh enough to play TE or are we basically going to have a slow receiver? The true measure of a man is what he'd do knowing he'd never be found out.

I love the article! Thanks for keeping us fellow fans updated, singersp!
I hope Shiancoe can pick it up where he was towards the end of the last season, and even take it to the next level. Oh and Shiancoe... if you read this: I'm sorry I doupted you

Fair play to Shank, saying all the right things and judging by that article he is certainly putting in the hard work in the offseason.

Lets hope our RT doesn't need help from an "Inline" blocking TE cause Sauce doesn't have enough ass to do it anymore. Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.

Re: Shiancoe takes shape
Should help him right away.
He will come into camp in great shape already, Shank will mainly get to concentrate on his play and skills, not having to worry at all about his shape.
He may have other ideas going on in his head also.
Playgirl??????

Keep up the great work Shank!
I LOVE THE SMELL OF VICTORY IN THE MORNING AIR.
