Yeah, with modern diagnostic knowledge, trained medical personnel on the field, doctors checking everything immediately, MRIs and other high tech tests......players fake injuries all the time.
That sneaky Favre has been lying about his injuries so he can sit on the bench.....what a lazy bum!!
