I'm not very nervous about the WR corps of the jags. Blackmon could be a force, but Gabbert doesn't really impress/scare me. Hopefully our dbs can get a good positive start on the season against a lower caliber passing game.

I get the most pissed off looks from people with my VKG 4 LFE Wisconsin license plate, and I LOVE IT!!

Bud Grant said in order for you to have a good special teams, you need to have some starters on it.

I believe he's referring to Ryan Cook.

Evans? LOL! He hasn't started a game since 2008 & even then he only started 2 games.

Seriously I am not convinced that this is so much the talent but the coaching and scouting. Looking at the preseason and how bad the secondary looked and then looking back over 10 years I cannot blame all of the ineptitude we have had on just the players.

Sanford is, IMHO, the worst player on our 53 man roster.
I thought I was the only one that notice that. My god his is so terrible. Harry Smith to the rescue please coaching staff!

Which further proves my point. It's obvious he's not going to turn into anything. He's a below average backup as it is, time to cut ties and try something else. Worst case, we find another fred evans. Best case, we get a young guy with potential who turns into a great player.

I know we are trying to create a "young" team, I am not happy with the release of carr. He's a good veteran that still has a couple years in him IMO.

Our secondary is probably my biggest fear this year in front of our O-line.

I thought Carr was absolutely awful in the preseason games...he obviously wasn't much better in camp to have been among the first cuts. I hear ya, but, Pat Kirwan and Tim Ryan both pointed out today that they were shocked how awful he was. Kirwan, in particular, thought Carr's play forced the Vike's hand. I concur.

Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent
