Second-year DE Ray Edwards could be a starter this year in Minnesota
I searched for this but didn't see it anywhere.
Ridicule me at will if it already is.

Ray Edwards, a part-time player as a rookie in 2006, has been taking most of the first-team snaps at right defensive end since Vikings offseason practices began May 22. Coaches are praising his progress, and with Erasmus James rehabilitating a knee injury, Edwards is an increasingly likely option as a starter.
EDIT: Oops, forgot the link.

Damn.
I actually searched using the exact same title.
Me thinks the search feature is a little screwy lately, that is the second or third time I have seen that happen to somebody.
OK, ridicule away...

I just did an Advanced Search on the actual URL of the article and found the original posting.
And you call yourself an IT guy!!!

Yeah, well that is about right for the way my Monday is starting anyway. ;)
In my ever dwindling defense, I just tried it again in the basic search (for both the Vikings Fan Forum and the Offseason Forum) and it didn't turn up anything.
Lesson learned : stick the the advanced search...

Step away from the basic search button...... It will get you in trouble with double posts
;D
Seriously NP I never use it.
I always hit the search button and then do the advance search.
Never fails me (unless someone makes up thier own Title that doesn't match the article).

And that is why you shouldn't search on the post or article title, but the actual URL of the story.

That is the prerogative of the poster.

Re: Second-year DE Ray Edwards could be a starter this year in Minnesota
Pick one word from the title like "Ray" that is not that common.
Make sure you set the search filter to look for "Most Recent" and choose a few forums.
Here is the search result doing just that.
Singer's post is the second one down:
