Thread: Seattle got screwed by some bad calls

I was watching the Seattle vs Rams game and was disgusted by the officiating. That bitch ass 5 yard rule is being called WAY too much. It is ruining the game for everyone. I don't know about you guys but I dont like refs deciding games, especially this time of year...it's really ridiculous. I wonder how many calls are gonna go against the vikes tomorrow, because of that EXTRA enforcement of that OLD rule. Stupid Refs!!!!

I agree with you. I also saw some absolutely lame, lame, lame "defensive holding calls"...it was simply the guy touching the receiver! I don't know if they really made the difference with they way the Hawks were dropping passes all day, but the refs still looked bad.

did you guys see who was reffing the game??? Walt Coleman i believe.... Made 9 mistakes in 02 i believe in the packers vikings game. And was the one who ruled bradys arm was goin forward in the oakland game.. haha

I also thought the first TD was bullsh*t. Holt caught the ball but pinned it off the ground then he rolled over and bobbled it till he had full posetion. It was BS.

Well the NFL warned you that they would be calling a lot more defensive interference and holding this year, and they sure have. I don't really like it either but that is the rule. Makes you wonder how offenses like the Rams and Colts would have survived in the days when defenders were allowed to knock receivers on their asses no matter where they were.
