Seat Relocation
Hooray!
I just talked with the ticket office and my season tickets moved up two rows this year.
I am now in Section 224, row 3, seats 3&4.
Last year, I moved up 9 rows.
I know that as you get lower you begin to move less and less, but I am taking this as a positive sign.
Hopefully this means that ticket sales are doing well (Thanks AD!), and we won't face the possibility of blackouts...Zeus wrote:
When are you going to realize that picking out the 20 bad throws this year and ignoring the 300 good ones does not make your point?

How do you get moved up? Do they just do it or did you ask?

You didn't go for the suites with their own bathroom?

For you and me, we would deal with Kent.
But we're one row above where one higher price zone ends and one section to the left of where a higher price zone starts.

We talked about my price-level last year and he found what he called "A good value seat".

Besides, the wife only goes with me to a couple games a year.
Note: And, unless I am mistaken, the only suite seats with private bathrooms are the Touchdown club.
And I was told that the experience there sucked because people were not into the game.Zeus wrote:

I think Sid Hartman had a blurb a couple weeks back that the season ticket renewals were at only 80%, due to the poor economy (of course I'm too busy... and lazy, to search for a link).Hopefully this means that ticket sales are doing well (Thanks AD!), and we won't face the possibility of blackouts...
I hope there are a lot of new ticket holders, otherwise we'll be facing blackouts.

But is 80% up or down as compared to last year at this time?"NodakPaul" wrote:

And is it 80% tickets sold, or 80% of the ticket holders renewing?
It is hard to tell if that is positive or negative without context.
I am hoping that the performance of AD and Rice, coupled by the addition of BB and others will generate some excitement.
Now if we manage to have another great draft... we should be good!Zeus wrote:
