Considering corporate ticket buyouts were needed for the Vikings to avert several TV blackouts last season and that Monday is the deadline for first deposits on 2008 season tickets, it would appear that the pressure is on the team this weekend to make significant free-agent signings.....

Plus, isn't the deadline March 5th, not March 3rd for the initial deposit?
Doesn't matter to me anyway, I renewed the day I got my bill.

If the Vikings add even just one blue chip player we will be ble to market them and AD pretty well to get the ticket sales back up.
That is, assuming, that the marketing firm used by the Vikings can pull their heads out of their collective asses this year and come up with a marketing campaign worth a shit.
