That must be a mistake. (Should be a credit to the Vikings)

Yikes, if it was 9mil last year, I wonder how much it will be for this year.

Interesting information though...too bad its not for the 07 season.

Even though it will never happen, I've always felt that Pro Players should be paid by a large percentage of their personal on field play.
Pay scales set up for different poaitions and such..... Hopefully TW will play up to his pay level this season.

I'm sure Twill is aware of that and hopefully it will turn into on field performance to the likes we've never seen out of him.
He has A LOT to prove this year.
Hopefully that alone doesn't make him buckle under the pressure.

The subject should really say "Compensation", rather than salary.

I don't understand any of this. They need to make the contracts simpler so that I can understand how much each player is getting, what affect it has on the salary cap, what affect it will have in each of the future years. Normally when I get confused I just turn to madden, but Madden just simplifies it so that's no help either.

The NFL and the NFLPA keep this confusing for a reason.
Not the least of which is to keep the true value of individual franchises and the league itself a closely-held secret.
