Not bad.. And Cook is labeled as not even NFL material
He is where I pretty much expect him to be
He has alot of room to grow.. And I would like an upgrade.. But as me and a few have pointed out.. Big Mac has the same problems he did, and Marr has pointed out his main problems come from the speedy end rushers that many stuggle with anyway

The Birk and Cook parts
I'll admit im not the biggest fan of Cook and would like a Tausher kinda guy.. Or even draft a guy and let him compete.. But if Cook stays I would not be too upset
He has some upside and honestly wasn't as bad as some people like to think.. Some of his penelties and sacks given up were killer though

Let me spell it out for you & your cohorts who ride the Birk sux train.
Birk has given up the least amount of sacks of any linemen on the team by at least a factor of almost 3
Birk: .125 per game
McK: .333 per game
Cook: .429 per game
Hutch: .438 per game
Herr: .469 per game

Honestly, Cook isn't that bad of a player, its just all of his penalties that screw us.

I agree with you about keeping Birk but consider the fact that the dude plays Center. As far as I'm concerned, it's a lot easier to give up a sack to a speed edge rushing DE than to some fat jelly at DT.
