Good point. But, he did see it in MN. So, SOD could too! Let's hope! :salute:"ultravikingfan" wrote:
Cartes saw it with a new team thoughI think Onterrio will see the light. Cris Carter did. That's why we got him for a slick $100!<!--

i think we should trade either bennett or onterrio and trade up with miami to get either edwards or williams. if we don't trade up, i doubt either receiver will be there when we pick at #7.

Why not trade our running back(s). Trade up in this year's draft to get one the big three RBs' in the draft. All three fit the new Vikings mold of Power Running game with a stout Defense.
RIght now we have an injury prone RB, a drug prone RB, and a guy with 5 games experience!Don't worry, I'll take care of it!!

Onterrio is the only back we have besides Moe that can hope to lead a run-oriented. You might remember that the year Bennett had 1200 yards, it was in the pass-wacky Randy Ratio offense. He would get 1 or 2 yards for most of the game, and then bust through for an 80 yard gain. The problem is that you can't control the clock that way, and your defense is eventually going to wear out, no matter how good it is. You have to be able to move the chains.
Faster than a speeding Grady Jackson! More powerful than a Nick Barnett! Able to leap Ahmad Carroll in a single bound! Look! Up in the sky! It s a bird! It s a plane! It s Jermaine Wiggins!

if we trade any running back it has to be bennett cause he only has 1 year left on his contract.

Why don't we just give Bennett to Buffalo for Travis Henry?
