If this is true.
I don't care what he said, I am much more concerned that he is drinking. If he's drinking again I think there is a good chance he will miss the 2009 season. Once he starts drinking he can't control himself and it's only a matter of time before he gets another DUI and gets the minimum 1 year suspension.
I hope this is just some idiot making shit up. Or it all happened but Allen was not drinking. Even sober I don't think Allen would sensor his speach much in a bar setting.

Honestly, this is heresay at its finest.
There are so many ways that this could be false.
1) The guy is straight up lying.
Considering the next most recent post in fannation is a Vikings bashing post, it isn't out of the question.
Stupid people do stupid things when they don't like a team.
2) The guy who told him it was Allen was full of shit.
Again, stupid people do stupid things.
3) The guy is mistaked.
It either wasn't really Jared Allen, or it wasn't our Jared Allen.

Honestly, I would think that we would have heard if Allen wasn't in OTAs this past weekend.
He was at every other one.
The odds of this being true are so small that it doesn't even warrant considering what would happen "if" it were true.

the first thing i felt was saddness when i read this.i couldnt care less about what he said but if hes getting that drunk then hes in serious trouble.

What do you mean by "That drunk?"

He cursed, and sang karaoke.

The guy's not exactly shy, he doesn't need the liquid confidence to sing some karaoke.

Don't get me wrong, he shouldn't be drinking at all, as he is an alcoholic. But this behavior is not indicative of him drinking.

Again, there is absolutely no reason to believe that this is true, and many reasons to believe that it is not.
