Roy Williams claims he had a mismatch

"I didn't get a ball today, and I didn't get a look at today. It just happens," Williams said. "It's frustrating. It pisses me off, especially when we lose and especially when I feel like I have a mismatch. I got a 5-10 corner [covering me, Dontonio Wingfield], but hey, you know, I will continue to work hard in the offseason and it will come back around."

    - Roy Williams after the 34-3 loss to the Vikings in the NFC divisional playoffs

    At least T.O. was good...

Sorry Rick! Keep up the good work.

Re:Roy Williams claims he had a mismatch

Funny stuff. Maybe if Roy Williams realized he was over-matched against a strong wind he might work a little harder and get better?

He had plenty of looks all season and he couldn't bring them in. And he's done plenty of talking.

I agree with MulletMullitia's comment: at least when guys like TO and Ochocinco are loud-mouthed idiots, they have some skills to back up their talk.
When the age of the Vikings came to a close, they must have sensed it. Probably, they gathered together one evening, slapped each other on the back and said, "Hey, good job." - Jack Handey [Deep Thoughts]

Once he looks at the film he will learn what a miss match is when he sees Syd vs anybody.

Don't buy into Roy Williams' frustrations

But, Williams has to realize that he never was part of the game plan.
