And now Wiggins is out for the game against the bears. No Jimmy and no Wiggins, now we have to use this Owens kid who played pretty good, and dummy Dugan who had like two or three false starts. Hope Michael will be back Mo should be back as well. We have other weapons now we just have to keep using them. Kelly C is very dangerous very very quick across the field. That Owens kid seems to have good hands and has pretty good size hope he can step up. Hayyer sucks mayb Nat Dorsey can help us out he is a pretty big guy but had a bad pre season.
Hey the Pats did it last year so can we!!

Wow ... I believe it's time to start some serious trading & try-outs!
Shopping List:
We need a blue-chip -
1) Offensive Tackle
2) Cornerback (someone who can truly cover)
3) Linebacker (a solid veteran please)
4) Kicker (Can get his kickoffs inside the 5 yd line)
5) Punter (Can average more than 40 per punt)
6) Tight End (who can block like Jimmy K.)
I would say that offensive tackle spot is top priority.
There have to be some good veterans out there
Same with the other spots
Without at least obtaining 3 of those 6 players (or being lucky enough to have some back-up player really step-up his play now) this is going to be a long season. The Vikings can still easily go 10-6 without addressing these glaring needs, but to see them going further than one playoff game would be very optimistic.

No Wiggins?!
This is getting more than a litlle absurd. Is it the new moon?!
At this rate, Birk will go down next, followed by Moss breaking his fibula, and Culpepper seperating his shoulder!

It sucks, but you know what? Every team is dealing with this. Think of Carolina without their #1 WR and their #1 RB!
Seems like you guys are getting bit, but maybe you're getting your injuries out of the way early, so you are healthy down the stretch.Have you ever seen a race of turtles, and they all go the wrong way instead of towards the finish line?

Whats up with the CB thing they have a good set of corners, Winfield had a nice game limiting terrell ownens to pretty much chicken feed(minus the bogus TD) Brian also had a nice game causeing a very very nice fumble.

There's always optimism
It is early in the season too.
Losing people for the season though like Irvin and Rosenthal and possibly Kleinsasser is fairly devastating.
