I really like out pics as they develop. Our guys have good eyes and understanding of talent Griffin is just another example of that. They knew what theywanted to fit the team theywanna make.

Now lets get these 2 hard hitting cb's to watch how A.w and T.w take care of things with the coaches directly teaching them and we'll have a high calibar cb tandem for years to come.

Yeah Griffin was the 1 pick in the draft i didnt have second thoughts about. Always liked what i seen from Griffin and i did see him alot being a Longhorns fan(no i didnt jump on the bandwagon this year  been a fan for atleast 5-6 years now). He will be a great backup and hopefully can develope into a starter.

    Vikings punter feeling good

Second-round draft pick Cedric Griffin said there hasn’t been any real surprises in camp so far. The only thing different for the cornerback from Texas might be the players’ main transportation around the Minnesota State campus.

“I haven’t rode around on a bike since probably middle school,” Griffin said.

As for where he fits in on the practice field, Griffin said he’s not making any early predictions.

“I treat it like I don’t have a spot,” he said. “No spots are guaranteed in the NFL.”

He'll be a star for years to come. Watched alot of the horns last couple years and he is the real deal. Just because of his tackling ability I look for him to be the opening day nickel back and a monster special teamer.
