I can't believe they cut off the AFL playoffs just to tell us this. No offense but I am too young and canadian to remember or care.

Sorry to hear of his passing, he helped to finally bring some sanity back between the West and East and close the Cold War.

    Condolences to his family

It was sad that the Gipper passed away. God bless the Reagans. As Anglo stated, he was the guy who inspired Gorbachev to make changes and make the Iron Curtain fall. He will be missed by many Americans. :salute: :salute: :salute: :salute: :salute: :salute: :salute:

To be honest, no, I really didn't care. But I will tell you this, it wasn't out of ignorance and I would not have made a comment like Italian did on the day of the mans death. And if you want to get into the details, to compare Trudeau to Reagan is ridiculous. I know you must have some kind of Canadian pride but come on. What Reagan did to change the world for the better compared to what Trudeau may have done to change Canada are on two totally different levels. But i'm not here to debate the greatness of a Canadian Prime Minister. I was just responding to what I believe was an ignorant and thoughtless comment by someone who cares more about an AFL game than the death of one of histories greatest leaders. Sorry for if I offended any Canucks.

At least Italian is a Viking fan. So he can't be all that bad.
