It took a one-handed grab to shut him out of the top spot...man, I am jazzed...and that wasn't the ONLY great catch he had on Sunday!!!

Re: Rice catch ranked 2 this week

I liked when he had that one great snag in the preseason and kept his feet inbounds, he said, "I knew I was close to being out of bounds, but it didn't matter unless I caught it first" (along those lines).

I knew we had a WR who could actually catch at that point.

I'm excited to see Rice start.

Great catch but bad throw. 9 out of 10 times that is gonna be picked off, luckily the defender was out of position.

Yes. I seem to recall them saying he was Moss like on that catch!

A star is born. I can't wait to see more.He could become the go to guy for TJ.
Too bad Chilly never puts him on the field.

He should be on the field every offensive play.
Unless we are in a short yardage situation.

Gotta love the 'tude. His actions after he makes a play just say " screw losing. Get me the ball".
Reminds me of another pretty good wide receiver or two.

I know Childress saw it too. Let's see what he does with it.

    That's true.
A great receiver can make a mediocre QB look pretty good.
Moss did a lot of that for us, remember those toss-ups that Moss came down with nearly every time?
I love the way Rice just ripped it away.
