Looks like things are getting closer as they should be and it looks like the team is getting more realistic on the cost of their obligation.

and I hope the state is being realistic so that if the team is putting in the majority of the money then they get the majority of associated monies raised for example naming rights. I can see the state wanting the Vikes to cut costs, increase their contribution but not at the expense of any revenue etc that the state is expecting to benefit from.

What is the popular opinion in the state of Minnesota about whether or not the Vikes should play outdoors again? From the fans perspective anyways.
