I don't know if he was playing against their best players. He did look very good though.
The Cowboys rested 8 starters on defense.

I watched it. I was a little dissapointed in our first team offense. Bollinger played considerably well though. One guy that I noticed making a lot of plays was Heath Farwell. I think he is developing into a solid player.

I could not believe it when I saw McMullen hit the Cowboys player! I was really dissapointed in him. I don't care what the Cowboys player said to him, that was definately uncalled for and unacceptable. Those are not the kind of people we need on this team!

Ok this is the third time I've watched the first half. Edwards should def start over James against ATL.

Part of me agrees, but we haven't really seen James play very much.
If James goes a couple of games without getting to the QB, then I wouldn't be surprised to see a switch...

I think we are probably going to do a good amount of rotation at DE. I think we'll see a lot of Edwards and Robison on top of James and Udeze.

On another note, does Holcomb play in the Dallas game?

I didn't get to catch this game...I was out of town.
From what I've read, Holcomb looked so-so...which I guess would be expected considering on Monday he was playing for the Eagles, and then Thursday he is on the field playing for the Vikes.

Holcumb actually looked very good with the exception of one interception where he had a man open but threw late and short. Had he thrown the ball about a yard and a half longer it would have been a TD. The receiver had a step on the defenders.
Otherwise He looked very sharp and accurate. He is definately a huge upgrade over Bollinger.
What takes a quarterback to the next level is not arm strength or mobility or any of that stuff. Its the ability to play on critical downs. Manage third downs, or red zones or four-minute or two-minute situations"
