Rehabbed Williams takes second crack at crowded Vikings secondary
http://www.wctrib.com/ap/index.cfm?page=view&id=D8PHJV281&forumcomm_check_r eturn
Tank Williams suffered an injury so devastating last year that Minnesota's normally placid coach, Brad Childress, even admitted to choking up about it.
After hitting his left knee on a teammate's helmet during minicamp in the spring, Williams broke his kneecap in the first week of training camp. He planted his leg at the beginning of a backpedal during a seven-on-seven passing drill and crumpled on the grass in pain. Two days later, Williams was placed on injured reserve.

I honestly think that Tank will be the odd man out this year. We have 2 many SS and with his hiostory of injuries he will either get hurt again or get cut.http://www.wctrib.com/ap/index.cfm?page=view&id=D8PHJV281&forumcomm_check_r eturn

With Blue developing and Doss its either gonna be Williams or Smith.

I don't know if Tank will be the odd man out ... with Blue, Sharper and Doss obviously in the fold, the Tank may get to stick around as he is a bigger hitter than Smith. One thing is for sure, it is tough to have too many DBs in this league ... so this is a nice problem to have.
