How was Allens hit a penalty but Lebers was not? I don't get some calls.

Allen's hit was a tad late.
I bet Leber gets fined for "hitting harder than was required to hope the quarterback goes down" by the NFL though.

Allen messed up on his and could have held back, Leber's was completely legal.
In this game vs the last game the refs called a much better football game and that was the diffirence, we could not have survived this game had they butchered it like the first.
