Hey "Gift", I agree with you, but you need to get used to this team winning ugly because it isn't going to win much otherwise. There will be the short term euphoria, but level heads need to recognize that this team just spent the whole afternoon fumbling, bumbling, and otherwise struggling with that NFL juggernaut known as the Lions. I am happy for the fans who paid money to see the game, but I am not as happy for the ownership, who paid huge dollars in order to field this team. After two years of this "project" the Vikings need the referees in order to help them beat the Lions. The Lions. Tell me, where is the improvement in this team, and why should anybody be happy with what they saw today?

Yup another ugly win. I don't care what happened...We got the W, but im still very disappointed in how we are playing.

I feel you. I don't like to win like this at all. The refs have decided the outcome of the games too many times this season. It sucks!

problem i have with the "win is a win" attitude is this:

we should be a contender to win the NFCN, but when we can only win with major breaks like we've got the last 2 weeks, when we play a team that doesn't shoot themselves in the foot constatly we won't stand a chance.
Yes it's a win today but we will need alot more wins this year & the way we are playing we aint gonna get to many more.

The game was so bad I feel bad for the lions. The refs saved our asses.

Go to NFL.com and print out the standing for the NFC North.

Where it says:
Minnesota Vikings 3-3.

Just cross out the 3-3 and put 1-5 it that makes you feel better.

The Lions had their chances and blew it.
