Nice point about winning the division.
Gotta agree with you 100% there.

As for the whole "They are rebuilding and winning" thing.
Sure they are rebuilding but they have vets as playmakers.
We have very few vets at any of the playmaker positions.

    Is that a good thing?
Probably not if you want to go 8-8 or 9-7 every year and get dumped out of the playoffs in the 1rst round every year.

I for one am willing to eat a couple of bad years (in the second year of that by the way) before I start saying the sky is falling my friend.

Take a close look at the team my friend.
    They are playing together.
There is no sign of infighting or of them giving up on this staff.
Basically, the players have bought in on the grand scheme why can't we?
What makes you think the packers and the lions have so many more veterans than we do? Hell, we have a crapload of veterans on the team

    Offense-

    Holcolm
    Taylor
    Richardson
    Shank
    Kleinsasser
    Birk
    Hutch
    McKinnie
    Wade
    Ferguson

    Defense

    Pat Will
    Kev Will
    Sharper
    Smith
    Winfield

There are plenty of vets on this team to give the leadership needed to win games.

You may want to wait a few weeks before you say there is no sign of infighting. I hope it doesn't happen but the season is still young.
I never said that we lacked in leadership. Infact I think we have a pretty good team when it comes to that.
Additionally, I don't think they will start infighting.
If they do then I will be the first to start firing up the "Fire Childress Thread".

As for the vets at key positions.....

    Holcolm
(Sucks but not as bad as BB)
This place should be TJ for the next game.
    Taylor
    (Give ya that one)
    Richardson
    (Give ya that one)
    Shank (Career backup.
    Doing pretty good though)
    Kleinsasser
    (Career blocker.
Believe it or not I lump the TE's in with the OL blocking issues)
Birk (I am pretty much sold that he needs to go.
    Part of the problem)
Hutch (I am still on the ledge with this guy.
I think he sucks so bad this year cause of McKinnie and Birk).
    McKinnie
    (Part of the problem)
    Wade
    (Lump him in with Shank.
Pretty much first year he has really had the opportunity to shine)
    Ferguson
(Don't get me going on this guy. He is a big part of the problem.
Glad his jiggly butt was on the bench most of the time today).

Basically, my point is the Rooks/Second year guys are our strength and this line of crap you just posted are just that, crap and part of the problem.

I just named a bunch of vets at many positions, including playmaker positions. I did not say they were good, just vets.

If you think they are no good, then say none of the vets are any good, but don't say we don't have any.

We looked at this before and we have almost the same years of experience as Green Bay on our roster and I don't think that Detroit is stacked with veteran players either.
I think we might have a difference of opinion on what a playmaker is as well.
After the way you hyped up Shank, wade and Tjack before the season started as the guys who were going to make the KAO hum I agree ;D

I still contend that they will.
Shank and Bobby are really starting to come around.
We just need to get TJ back in the game.

    Injuries do slow down production.
    ;D
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg
