We can still make the playoffs!!!
At 8-8 I think we would be in!!!

The best I think the below teams will be is

Giants:
8-8
Phil:
7-9
Car:
9-7
Atl: 8-8
Stl: 7-9
49ers: 7-9

Vikings 8-8!!!
And we would have a better division record than the Gians and Atlanta.

Well I'm excited to see the rest of the season and believe the future is bright anyway.

I fell off the playoff bandwagon a couple of games ago when I realized we would be one and done if we made it.

However one of these young quarterbacks may start a spark that ignites a Steelers like run to the superbowl.

It's possible but extremely unlikely.

I will say it must be hard to be a Bears fan and know you are headed for a first round loss to the wild card team in the playoffs.
I was hoping the Vikings would pull it together this year and be that team.
Is that what they mean by fantasy football?

Yesterday watching the game on fox, they said the we had the no. 1 run defense and the no. 30 pass defense in the league. How does that add up to no. 5 defense overall?

I bet you that is the first time in history a team has had no. 1 and no.30 at the same time.

Obviously, there are many ways to look at the stats, this is just yds given up.

As far as I know, the overall defense is calculated based on points the D gives up. We gave up a crapload of passing yards but not that many points, so there you go.

As for that 5th ranked defense, its too bad they arent going anywhere in january. Well my bad, they are going to play golf.
