It would be real nice for us to have someone taking advantage of all the attention KW and 69 get, imagine a line with JA and Kampman as the bookends and the Wall Inside?

You know the Packers won't let him come to us unless its for something rediculous.
I wouldn't really even want to give up a first for him, which we know they'd ask at minimum.

he is a free agent after this year, and the pack have to choose between him and Clifton to franchise, and given their O-Line issues I would think they would tag Clifton...

I'm not sure he's worth a 1st rounder and I doubt we would be on their list of suitors...

are you kidding me? the pack have him playing out of position and if he were franchised would get a first @ least for the guy, remember elite pass rushers don't grow on trees...

for the tender, you'd need a 1st, but thta doesn't mean he's worth it though.
IMO, he probably is worth a first, but I wouldn't want to give it up for him. We have bigger needs.

We'll be investing in a QB at some point soon.
DT will be a need soon.
We have a good player there, not sure we can give up that high of a pick for a luxury.

I have no doubt they wouldn't trade him to us, it's just the fact their offensive line is so porous, if they can't reach a deal with clifton by free agency they would choose to tag him over 74, thus allowing him to choose where he goes...
